This is such an adorable family and I am so excited to share this CNU family session! It was a gray and dreary day but that didn’t stop this family from smiling! Meet the Winant family-Matt, Sara, and Joshua! Matt and Sara met at Christopher Newport University as students and fell in love! And now years later, and they get to come back to the University with their son, Joshua (maybe a future Captain!).

It is always an honor to photograph friends of ours! We have known Sara and Matt for years now and we always share stories of our different cats’ adventures and shenanigans. And recently, Sara and I have bonded over teaching! We teach at the same private school, so it has been a lot of fun seeing her at work every day! Matt and Sara are both fun to be around and as you can tell they just adore their little guy, Joshua!
