This past week I took my intern to Sweethaven Lavender Farms for a creative day. Over this past year, we have spent a lot of time behind the computer screen and camera screens. But one of the most important things as a creative is to create and visit create atmospheres!
And Sweethaven lavender farm was a dream! They have a lovely little building for their store, fields of flowers and lavender, sheep and a sweet little area for families. 
There is some about slowing down and enjoying God’s creation! As creatives we need to be around beauty, colors, and calm atmospheres (and away from the computer!).

Sami was so cute! We each cut flowers to take home! 
My intern, Sami is about to graduate! She brought her cap to take some fun, creative pictures! 
It was such a delight to just walk around and cut flowers. And a joy to spend a creative day at Sweethaven Lavender Farms with my intern.
