Well, the news is out!!! We are expecting baby #2 in March 2019! As you can tell from the pictures, Kylie is very excited to be a Big Sister! Kylie and baby #2 will be about 2 years and 4 months apart! Our household is going to be a lot of fun!

This has been a very different pregnancy for me than with my pregnancy with Kylie. I have had a lot more and stronger symptoms this time around. And well, chasing a toddler doesn’t help : p  And we are slowing getting ready for baby #2 and also getting Kylie ready. So far, Kylie loves to kiss and hug the baby!  I don’t think she fully understands what is going to happen next year. But we have been  talking to her about the baby and trying to get her excited about the new changes that are special to her, like a new room.

I am still in the early stages of my pregnancy, so we ask that everyone pray for us! We know the Lord has a plan for this child! As you pray for the baby, we ask that you pray for us as many new adventures are about to start for us, including school starting for the both of us! You may have known about my teaching position as a PK4 teacher for Calvary Classical School, but Daniel is also headed back to school to teach. He will be teaching at the apprenticeship school that he graduated from earlier this year. And of course, we have a lot of little house projects and transitions for Kylie coming up, so prayers for those are always appreciated!

*And just in case you are wondering, I will continue to run my business after baby#2!! We have weddings booked for 2019 (and we still have a few spaces left for  weddings for 2019!!!!). *

Hooray for baby #2!

Kylie has the big sister gig down! bahahah! (I’m kidding!!) She has been working with the cat!!! She loves to tell him, “no” especially when he gets near her sippy cups or special blankets. And she is very good at trying to get him to do what she wants, like sitting next to her!! They also have a few sweet moments! I told Kylie to hold on to Whiskey! (sorry, Whiskey!) I like to think that Kylie is excited about the new baby in this picture, because it sort of looks like she is giving two thumbs up. But, in reality, I told her she could have some cheese!
