A music lover and a military man meet. They sit quietly and nervously at a table inside a local coffee shop. It is their first date.They sip their drinks and listen to the very interesting open mic night that is happening around them. By the end of the night, they realize they are falling in love with each other.
It all sounds like a Hallmark Channel love story, but instead it is this beautiful couple’s reality! Courtenay is a middle school band teacher (bless her heart!) and Drew serves in the United States Army. And yes, that line about the coffee date is all true! They did have their first date in a local coffee shop and now they have started their first days of a married couple! Their friends and family gathered from near and far to witness the beautiful moment as they said “I do.”
While I was with that lovely group of girls, Daniel was hanging out with guys.
All eyes were on her, as she watched down the aisle. The groom was waiting at the end of the aisle with pure joy all over his face. They joined hands and pledged a marriage covenant.
And it was a glorious moment!!!
