Email templates have been a game-changer for my business. I send out similar emails for sessions, invoices, contracts, reminder emails, print releases, galleries, the list could go on and one (and I send out A LOT of them!)
One way that I save my time and sanity is to have generic email templates. I have all the email templates saved in a folder in my Gmail account.
I can access the templates anywhere at anytime (without trying to log into another program). I just copy and paste the templates into the emails I am sending and add personal touches to each client.

When sending a gallery:
*You can download all of these images to your computer. To download images, click on the download button on the right hand side of the menu bar. Enter the download pin, and it will automatically make a folder onto your desktop.
To enlarge an image, just click on it.
*To purchase an image, click on the image you would like. A small shopping cart icon will appear above the image, click on icon. You can choose the different sizes and the amount you would like, through this gallery. You will need a credit/debit card to purchase through this gallery. Enter your information, and the photos will be delivered straight to you.

*PRINTS: You are able to order professional prints online through your gallery. These prints are created at a professional photo lab on high-end photo paper that will not change color over time and that promises color accuracy. Because these prints are very affordable (ranging from $2-$15) we recommend printing through your online gallery rather than downloading your images and having them printed elsewhere. If you were to have your images printed at Costco, Target, Walmart, etc…. we cannot guarantee that your colors and skin tones will be accurate. When you order prints online, they will be shipped directly to your home!
**DOWNLOADING YOUR IMAGES: We encourage all of our families to download their images as soon as possible! Your images will be stored online for TEN YEARS! However, because technology is never 100% reliable, PLEASE take the time to DOWNLOAD all of your images ASAP so that you have a safe hard copy of your files!

Here are a few notes for this Saturday:
-Please arrive on time and ready for your session. There might be a session before and/or after your session.
-Please meet me at the Riverview Farm Park at the middle parking lot. (If you are not familiar with the area the address: 105 City Farm Road, N, VA 23602.) I will be over towards the left with a little bench set-up)
-As of right now, it looks like Saturday will have X type of weather this moment is not a concern. Please dress accordingly (and maybe in layers…you just never know with Virginia’s weather).
-If you have young kids (and they are anything like my kids), incentives help with getting great smiles. It’s a short session, but if you need to pack a few pieces of candy or fruit snacks (smarties, skittles, something none messy), feel free too!
