Meet the Olthoff Family! They had the perfect Fall Ft. Monroe family session and I can’t wait to share!
This session was really special to me because I used to teach with Dani at Calvary Classical School. And we were pregnant at the same time! And we were both having boys!!! It was such a blessing to have a friend to be going through the same adventures of motherhood/raising/growing a baby boy at the same time! Dani and I were able to talk and catch up every day at school during recess (we taught different levels). And the school even threw us a baby shower together, it was just so sweet!
It was a rainy, cloudy morning the day of their session but the sun came out just in time for their Ft. Monroe family session. Ft. Monroe has so many options for sessions from the historic casemate walls to adorable white houses! And we were able to move around and have the space to ourselves, which was amazing.
This family session was such a joy to photograph; they are a joyous family! And just wait until you see all of David’s smiles!! He is such a happy little boy!
He is just the happiest little guy!! I was SOOO impressed by David during this session! He was so smiley and happy to be outside with his mom and dad; he was adorable!
And for his age, he did amazing!!!! Having fun with Dad! I can just see this picture being recreated over the years! Just too cute!!! The bow tie is just too stinkin’ cute on him! They are such a beautiful family inside and out! And I just love this photograph of David trying to run with the leaves. It is just the cutest Fall picture! Sweet giggles! Ft. Monroe has such amazing spots for family portraits like this adorable porch. I just loved this Fall Ft. Monroe family session!
