Fall has just started, which makes it the perfect time for CNU Fall session! Meet the White family – Jon, Lauren, Charlotte (5) and Clara (2). I have known the White family for several years know. They are such a sweet family! Jon and I have shared a few conversations about Civil War topics (He is actually a professor and an author).  Lauren and I share several friends, so we get to see each other at kid’s birthday parties and gatherings. And Lauren actually hosted my church bridal shower over 6 years ago!

Lauren’s mother, sister, and niece were in town, so it was the perfect time to get a picture with all the little cousins together! These three little girls are so adorable! We met at Christopher Newport University in Newport News for their family session. CNU is a perfect location for portraits because of the different backgrounds of greenery, brick, and stone. And as for this family, they spend a lot of time here, cheering on the sport teams or just walking around. It is a safe environment for the girls to run around and have fun even while we were shooting.  How cute are these girls! I just love CNU Fall Sessions!
