The golden hour at The Lion’s Bridge at Mariners’ Museum Park couldn’t look any better! The trees, grass, water, and of course the gorgeous sunsets makes this place, one of my favorites locations in Newport News, VA to shoot family sessions.  For a natural-light photographer in Hampton Roads, it can’t get any better.

We meet one crisp evening, just as the sun was setting over the water for the White’s family portrait session.  Meet the White family! Dani, Ryan, Gracie (5), and Eli (almost 2)!

And the White family wore the perfect Fall outfits for their family session– sweaters and button down shirts colored in burgundy, blue, and whites. Aren’t those kids adorable?!!

I met Dani at a photographers’ event a few years ago. It actually was one of those weird moments where we recognized and knew each other but only off of social media. She was so sweet and let me hang out with her at the event and from there we hit it off. We actually live only a few minutes from each other. And Dani is our go-to-photographer for our family pictures!

It was a pleasure to serve her this year and take her family photos!
